  1. Thank you for requesting a quote on the landscaping for the inn's renovation.  We are most interested in submitting a proposal for your consideration.

  3. Before we submit our proposal, we have a few questions that we would like you to clarify:

  5.     1.  Will all the landscaping work need to be done in July, or can it be 
  6.          spread out over July and August?

  8.     2.  Will you be supplying topsoil from elsewhere on the property, or will 
  9.          the contractor have to supply it?
  10.  
  11.     3.  Will you require all refuse trucked away, or is there a location on site 
  12.          that can be used as a landfill?
  13.  
  14. I will call you next Tuesday to discuss these details if I have not heard from you before then.
